Initial Psychiatric Evaluation, 60 min- $350 Required for all new patients
Follow-up Medication Management, 30 min-$90
Standard med check, 20 min-$50
Follow-up + Psychotherapy, 45 min-$130
Performance Coaching, 50 min- Not Medical-$250. Not billable to insurance

Scenario 1: Medication Management Only
Initial Eval $350 + Three 30-min follow-ups $90 x 3 = $620 total

Initial Eval $350 + Three 45-min follow-ups $130 x 3 = $740 total

Four 50-min sessions $250 x 4 = $1,000 total

NJ Law Requirement: For Schedule II controlled substances, an initial in-person exam is required per N.J.S.A. 45:1-62(e). The in-person fee is the same as telehealth: $350. Travel costs not included.
We do not bill insurance. Superbill provided upon request for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
